Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies, manage agency and vendor relationships, and handle media management.

  • Develop and implement innovative public relations strategies to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Manage and foster effective collaboration with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality services.
  • Oversee media planning and execution, including monitoring media coverage.
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic brand sponsorships and collaborations that align with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events to maximize brand exposure and networking opportunities.
  • Plan and execute engaging on-the-ground event activations to promote target audiences and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage public relations activities, including relationship development and press release crafting.
  • Oversee agency and vendor partnerships for effective collaboration and service delivery.
  • Handle media management, including campaign planning and execution, and media monitoring.
  • Collaborate with KOLs to elevate brand visibility and credibility.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brand sponsorships and collaborations aligned with marketing goals.
  • Coordinate event participation and sponsorships to maximize brand exposure and networking opportunities.
  • Design and execute engaging on-site event activations to engage target audiences and promote brand experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Manager/PR Manager with creative agencies, luxury, entertainment, or hospitality backgrounds.
  • Proven experience in managing public relations and media purchasing.
  • Experience with brand collaborations and content creator partnerships.
  • Experience with industry event participation and social media management.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Experience with managing brand sponsorships and office tool proficiency.
  • Social media expertise is an added advantage.
