As a Senior Public Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and implementing public relations strategies that enhance our reputation, build strong relationships with clients, media, and stakeholders, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with clients and the media via telephone and email to manage expectations and ensure 100% client retention.
  • Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, media, and marketing teams to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Monitor media (traditional and digital) to identify opportunities and track coverage.
  • Collate, analyse, and evaluate media coverage to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of public relations principles, including media monitoring and analysis, crisis management, and event planning. Additionally, you should be proficient in creating engaging content and visual materials, such as press releases, articles, and social media posts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
