Job Title:
Software Quality Assurance Engineer II - Automation Testing

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role involves full-stack development, automated testing, and collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Participate in Agile sprint and release planning, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, demos, and retrospectives.
  2. Collaborate with team members to create effective testing conditions and identify non-production constraints.
  3. Design, code, and maintain automated testing frameworks for complex systems.
  4. Create and execute automated tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
  5. Analyze test results to identify defects, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  6. Work with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to align on business requirements.
  7. Develop and implement test strategies and methodologies based on industry best practices.
  8. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  9. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and software development activities.
  10. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
  11. Continuously improve testing processes and stay updated with industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework.
  3. Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, and message queues.
  4. Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.
  5. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Confluence, and Bitbucket or other Git platforms.
  6. Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium with C#, Playwright, TestNG, and optionally Cucumber.
  7. Familiarity with mobile test automation for iOS and Android.
  8. Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured.
  9. Understanding of SaaS-based applications and microservices architecture.
  10. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  11. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
