Software Development Engineer in Test
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented software development engineer in test with 5-7 years of experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation and a solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, scripting, and execution.

About the Role
As a software development engineer in test, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium. You will also perform manual testing when needed for exploratory, regression, and functional tests. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand features and technical implementations. Furthermore, you will develop robust test strategies and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage, analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure defects are clearly documented and resolved. You will also participate in code reviews for test scripts and contribute to QA best practices. Finally, you will mentor junior QA engineers and share knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.

Requirements


5+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation). Minimum 2 years of experience in Playwright automation, including framework setup.

(API + UI) Proven experience with Selenium. Good knowledge in Java/Javascript. Proficiency in in-sprint automation. Experience with CI/CD integration.

Ability to work as an individual contributor. Strong skills in test strategy and test case preparation. Familiarity with cloud environments is a plus (can be learned on the job).

Flexible to work in US Time zone
