Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team in an AI-enabled enterprise solutions platform.

  • Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile or API-based applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression and performance testing.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues and assist in maintaining the test automation framework.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives regarding quality processes and tools.
  • Log detailed, reproducible bug reports and verify bug fixes.
  • Help improve CI/CD pipeline integration with automated tests.
  • Stay current with new testing tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in test automation.
  • Strong understanding of QA concepts such as SDLC, STLC, test case design and defect management.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or equivalent.
  • Basic to intermediate programming/scripting skills (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Java or C#).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, RestAssured).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g. Cucumber, SpecFlow).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g. BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  • Understanding of performance testing using tools like JMeter, k6 or similar.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
