
Customer Experience Leader

The Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Experience Programs, this role oversees planning, execution, and refinement of cross-functional projects that align with the organization's customer-centric strategy.
The Project Manager serves as a liaison between the Director of Customer Experience Programs and various working groups, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, analytical thinker with strong project management skills, a passion for customer advocacy, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver seamless and impactful customer experiences.
This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Clickup).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
