Product Manager - Shopping Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Manager to lead our shopping experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce retail domain, including competitive differences, trends, and best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing a deep knowledge of our customers and how they engage with our products, always looking for new ways to create value on their behalf. They will foster an outward-facing view of the e-commerce beauty retail industry to identify opportunities to accelerate business outcomes in the market.

This role requires strong leadership skills, especially in leading without authority, and the ability to develop credibility within the organization. The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical skills, be action-oriented, and able to enact change quickly and pivot between many competing priorities based on new learnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow a deep knowledge of our customers and how they engage with our products
  • Foster an outward-facing view of the e-commerce beauty retail industry
  • Data-driven decision making and prioritization
  • Drive test & learn activities through onsite experimentation, user testing, and analysis
  • Identify opportunities and deliver iterative business value based on insights

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce product management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to partner/collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team members
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and thrive within ambiguity
