Job Overview

We seek an experienced professional to fill this technical consultant role. This full-time position is located in Hyderabad and involves supporting business-critical projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong technical acumen, ERP implementation knowledge, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical solutions using Microsoft D365 F&O functions, features, and integrations.
  • Handle code merging and promotion using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Perform environment management activities including deployment of cloud-hosted and Microsoft-managed environments.
  • Support legacy and hybrid scenarios by handling AX 2012 environment refreshes, server restarts, and code promotions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and customize workflows accordingly.
  • Work closely with client teams to support remote troubleshooting, production incidents, and ticket resolutions.
  • Participate in technical documentation and ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&SC).
  • Proven hands-on expertise with X++, .NET / C#, SQL Server, SSRS, and Azure DevOps.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft LCS - deploying and refreshing environments, code deployment, and monitoring tools.
  • Practical understanding of ERP processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Retail POS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-500, or MB-310 are a plus.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or Azure Functions is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a Managed Services or Support+Enhancement delivery model preferred.
