Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide remote troubleshooting support and guide field crews during site activities.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of routine maintenance, real-time RTWP mitigation, KPI monitoring, SCOP reporting, and effective coordination with on-ground teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies, proficiency with Nokia OSS operations, expertise in RTWP/PIM troubleshooting and external interference mitigation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies
  • Proficiency with Nokia OSS operations
  • Expertise in RTWP/PIM troubleshooting and external interference mitigation
  • Hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber
  • Familiarity with spectrum analyzers and filters for interference hunting
