Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset. Demonstrated ability to create SOPs and user guides.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to operate successfully in a team environment.
