Product Visionary

The Product Visionary is responsible for defining the product strategy and vision, with a focus on maximizing value creation. They liaise with key stakeholders to ensure goals are clear and that the product vision aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research to inform product decisions.
  • Gather requirements to feed into the product backlog.
  • Manage the product backlog to align with the product strategy.
  • Prioritize the development of product releases.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on major decisions and product releases.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of SAP solution experience, including success in product lifecycle management.
  • Experience developing products throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience implementing or utilizing SAP systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Expert knowledge of SAP HCM solution, SAP SuccessFactors, EAM, Retail solution, SAP Cloud Platform, and custom development.
  • Expert understanding of SAP Solution Architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodology, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and cost management.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams of professionals, including conflict and change management within complex projects.
  • Ability to build relationships with various groups, including Executives, Managers, Consultants, Clients, and Partners.
