Product Strategist Role

This is an opportunity to enhance our product offerings by developing a comprehensive strategy and roadmap.

  • Define the product vision and strategy.
  • Drive product- and business-planning processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders and UX Designers to discover and translate customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain production timelines.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize go-to-market plans.
  • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and close coordination with Engineering and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalated issues.
  • Partner with Technical Documentation and Support to clearly communicate product changes.
  • Maintain engagement with active customers and users.
  • Establish a 12-month roadmap and product backlog.
  • Assess testing product fixes and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in product development and lifecycle management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineering, QA, and Product Development teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Product Analyst experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Great balance of software business and technical savvy.
  • Ability to become a true product expert.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to contribute and supervise Agile Scrum rituals.
  • Demonstrate a high level of grit and initiative.
