Product Design Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Design Leader to join our team and drive innovation in digital product design.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consumer-facing digital product companies, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX excellence and strategic design thinking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the design vision for India's largest digital news platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to create user experiences that increase engagement and retention, and leading the transformation of the design team into an AI-native organization.

  • Design Visionary: Define and evolve the design vision for India's largest digital news platform
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Editorial teams to create user experiences that increase engagement and retention
  • Design Team Leadership: Lead the transformation of the design team into an AI-native organization, leveraging cutting-edge design tools and methodologies

The role requires exceptional visual design sense, strong UX thinking, and data-driven mindset. Experience in news media or content-heavy digital platforms is highly desirable.
