Software Engineer

We strive to make a real difference through technology innovation. We seek a highly motivated Software Engineer with extensive experience in diverse technologies and platforms, showcasing a strong passion for problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our existing code base, investigating, fixing, and testing software problems. Key responsibilities include analysing new requirements, providing impact analysis, completing low-level design, contributing to technical discussions, and conforming to our Secure Software Development Lifecycle.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluent spoken English and ability to participate in meetings and discussions
  • A proactive individual with strong attention to detail and lateral thinking approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with Delphi, preferably Delphi 7 and 10, as well as VCL and FireBird DB
  • A strong understanding of object-oriented programming and data access libraries (FireDAC, dbExpress, ADO)
  • Knowledge of Dev Express components and user-defined components
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using the Delphi IDE
  • Ability to design and develop modular, multi-tier applications
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and unit testing frameworks like DUnit or DUnitX
