Are you a highly motivated individual looking for a challenging role in tax management?

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex tax returns, including partnership and corporate returns.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing aligned office/niche workflow, collaboration, work opportunities, and continuity of relationship
  • Leveraging work opportunities for India team by creating confidence with US team
  • Leading weekly/bi-monthly calls with US schedulers or other professionals and building rapport
  • Preparation of complex partnership returns, including Corporation and S-Corp returns
  • Detail review of partnership and Corporation book to tax reconciliation & tax returns of both federal & state jurisdiction prepared by Staff/Senior
  • Identifying potential adjustments due to tax law changes and reflecting on workpapers and returns
  • Supporting staff in resolving tax issues identified and completing tax returns within set deadlines
  • Knowing international filing requirements and able to review international forms
  • Training existing/new joiners on tax concepts & technology and sharing timely feedback for each of the project reviewed
  • Creating/providing an opportunity for self and teams to develop secondary and cross skills
  • Supervising kick-off & regular connects with US counterparts by teams and intervening in budget conflicts
  • Advancing knowledge of efile validation of returns and connect Go support for complex diagnostics clearing
