Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Manager. This role will involve managing office operations, collaborating with colleagues, and identifying opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to leverage work opportunities, and build strong relationships with team members.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing complex partnership returns, reviewing tax reconciliations, and identifying potential adjustments due to tax law changes.

You will also support staff in resolving tax issues, train new team members on tax concepts and technology, and provide feedback and coaching to help them develop their skills.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining quality and turnaround of returns, providing regular feedback, and motivating the team during tax seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage aligned office operations and collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage work opportunities to create confidence with US team members.
  • Build strong relationships with team members through weekly/bi-monthly calls and meetings.
  • Prepare complex partnership returns, including corporation and S-Corp returns.
  • Review tax reconciliations and identify potential adjustments due to tax law changes.
  • SUPPORT STAFF IN RESOLVING TAX ISSUES AND COMPLETE TAX RETURNS WITHIN SET DEADLINES.
  • Train new team members on tax concepts and technology.
  • Maintain quality and turnaround of returns.
  • Provide regular feedback and motivate the team during tax seasons.
  • Responsible for performance review of aligned professionals and provide clear career path for them to grow.
