Job Title: Software Engineering Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Software Engineering Director to lead our software development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in shaping the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to drive product innovation and strategy
  • Develop and execute plans to deliver high-quality software on time, within budget, and with minimal defects
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 14+ years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications
  • Strong domain experience in Cyber Security, with ability to drive innovation and take ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSP
  • Experience with Content Management, Web Development, Agile Development & global delivery
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development process
  • Strong design, architecture, and coding skills
  • Hands-on experience in C++, C technologies
  • Good knowledge of AWS, Multi Project / Program Management, & Development
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products and scrum teams concurrently
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, business-oriented
  • Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
  • Goal-driven; plans and manages toward achieving goals, anticipates problems, and issues and proactively drives their resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff
  • Experience in working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones
  • Must be confident, highly motivated, and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction
