About the Role

The Store Manager position is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring seamless functioning of the branch by managing staff attendance, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining proper display of merchandise.
  • Updating financial reports, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales associates, administrative staff, and support personnel to achieve high performance and productivity levels.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and excellent communication skills.
  • Training and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service, resulting in increased customer loyalty and retention.

Sales and Marketing Initiatives:

  • Driving Sales and Marketing efforts to achieve targets, increase revenue, and expand market share.
  • Planning and executing promotional activities and events to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and build customer engagement.

Team Management and Development:

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising branch staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Financial Management:

  • Managing the branch budget effectively, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.
  • Analyzing financial reports, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Safety and Security:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding safety, security, and legal requirements.
  • Implementing security measures to safeguard assets, prevent theft, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
