Key Leadership Position: Mumbai Branch Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our Mumbai branch, ensuring seamless customer service and fostering a productive team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of quality and excellence in all aspects of branch operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively, maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and associates.

Fleet Management:

  • Coordinate fleet management according to company standards and policies.
  • Optimize fleet allocation to meet client requirements and maintain a balanced chauffeur-to-fleet ratio.

Sales & Servicing:

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and grow revenue from existing clients through exceptional sales and servicing skills.
  • Compile and analyze market data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Achieve targets while handling critical complaints and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Financial Planning:

  • Prepare comprehensive annual budgets for the branch.
  • Monitor cash flow, practicing expense control and managing receivables effectively.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and provide regular financial reports to the corporate office.

Human Resources & Administration:

  • Oversee branch administration, focusing on optimal staffing and efficient resource utilization.
  • Recruit competent professionals for the Customer Service and Drivers teams.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement effective HR practices to promote employee development and engagement.

Essential Competencies:

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Master's degree in a relevant field (Hotel Management or MBA in Marketing or Finance).
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the industry, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable organization.
