Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our partnership development and management efforts in India. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, and formalize partnerships with Indian colleges and universities.
  • Negotiation and Agreement Management: Negotiate MoUs and articulation agreements for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
  • Progression Pathway Design: Design progression pathways and credit transfer models with university academic teams.
  • Partnership Alignment: Align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring academic quality and compliance.
  • Initiative Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as the key liaison between internal leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.
