Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to drive business success through analytical expertise and effective solution delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business needs, gather requirements, and analyze processes to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and meet project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, or other relevant tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and statistical software.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA or Agile BA (optional but advantageous).
