Contract Manager - IT Managed Services

As a Contract Manager for IT Managed Services, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to ensure the effective management of our strategic IT outsourcing contracts.

This includes negotiating and analyzing contracts and pricing terms in collaboration with buyers, managing contract changes and amendments, monitoring performance and compliance with contractual obligations, resolving any contract-related disputes, and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department operational teams to streamline the contract lifecycle and make their lives easier.
  • Work closely with the Sourcing & Legal departments to align procurement strategy with department business and transformation objectives.
  • Develop a 360° view of our partnership with Global System Integrators to increase our ability to challenge them.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure the control of security and compliance aspects related to our partnerships with Global System Integrators.

Governance & Relationship Management:

  • Manage relationships with Global System Integrators, establish a proper governance, and serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on Global System Integrators' performance, contract status, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders within the department and the organization as a whole.

Operational Management:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that Global System Integrators meet project requirements and deliver value.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Global System Integrators, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of Global System Integrators to evaluate their adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor-related risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Anticipate emerging security threats and regulatory changes to implement appropriate policies and procedures with internal stakeholders and Global System Integrators.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cost and contract value through continuous improvement and innovation.

Sourcing Strategy Influence:

  • Contribute to the evaluation and selection of Global System Integrators based on their capabilities, expertise, and alignment with business strategy.
  • Negotiate with Global System Integrators to ensure favorable terms and conditions that meet the organization's needs.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of Security and Regulatory constraints when working with third parties.
  • Knowledge of Agile/DevOps/SAFe methodologies.
  • First degree in business, technology, or science.
  • Fluent in English; a command of French is an advantage.
  • Project Management / ITIL certification is an advantage.
