About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. They will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies, implement plans, and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and present product knowledge to convert leads into sales.
  • Client Follow-up: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, address concerns, upsell or cross-sell products, and identify opportunities for further growth.
  • Product Presentation: Visit customers in person, present products, and explain benefits.
  • Negotiation & Convincing: Negotiate with clients to secure deals at mutually beneficial prices.
  • Connecting the Customer with CRM: Introduce clients to the CRM system and share case details post-sale closure.
  • Revenue Generation: Contribute to the company's revenue growth by successfully closing deals, upselling or cross-selling to existing clients, and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through market research, networking events, referrals, or digital marketing strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Develop strategies, implement sales plans, and take necessary actions to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Cold Calling: Engage in cold calling activities to initiate sales conversations with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and project management tools: Be proficient in using these tools to manage tasks and projects effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership abilities and guide teams to achieve goals.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Ability to Perform Multitasking: Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Working Efficiently under Pressure: Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
