Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and controlling global mobility staff cost reporting, maintaining a rolling budget spreadsheet for international assignments/transfers, compiling details of assignment benefits for payroll and tax reporting, and ensuring timely provision of compensation data to external tax providers. They will also arrange expat recharges to other entities on a quarterly basis, set up/amend purchase orders, validate and process vendor invoices, and deal with vendor and/or Accounts Payable queries.

In addition, the Global Mobility Coordinator will manage centralized global budgets, conduct reward third-party vendor screening and assessment to align with needs and objectives, onboard new vendors, and implement solutions. They will monitor existing vendor SLAs, support data privacy and/or cybersecurity annual reviews, and resolve issues related to vendor performance. The successful candidate will provide reporting to external providers/advisers in the agreed format and frequency, resolving any reporting errors and inconsistencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in project management and vendor onboarding/implementation.
  • Understanding of Total Reward practices, ideally including global mobility.
  • Relevant experience in operations.
  • Expertise in handling complex data analytics and reporting tasks.
  • Coordination, follow-up, and consolidation skills in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Effective data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data quality control/management.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating vendor performance and functionalities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
