Job Title: Global Mobility Executive

  • Lead global mobility initiatives for a leading engineering firm
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Mobility Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global mobility initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Manage engineering and manufacturing projects to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  2. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  3. Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the EC Hub team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Compliance Oversight: Oversee compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in renewable energy projects.
  5. Resource Optimization: Optimise resources to maximise efficiency in operations and project execution.
  6. Innovation Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  7. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management.
  8. Process Alignment: Ensure that all engineering and manufacturing processes align with company policies.
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Global Mobility Experience: Knowledge of the employee delegation process (will be an added advantage).
  • Knowledge of immigration best practices.
  • Experience in Managing a Team: Including dispersed and diversified team operating in global, optimally matrix structures. Virtual team experience as an advantage.
  • Ability to Empower Teams and Build Long-Term Relationships.
  • Higher Education and Experience: In process management passionate about efficiency, global mobility or project management.
  • Proficiency in English: Both spoken and written.
  • Problem-Solving Skills, Creativity, Efficiency in Action: Ability to work under time pressure and in a changing business environment.
