We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our battery energy storage systems division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of BESS projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries (e.g., li-ion, lfp, solid-state, flow batteries), power electronics, and system integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers.
  • Develop strategies for O&M (operation & maintenance), performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
  • Stay ahead of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, renewable energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS (energy management systems), SCADA, and controls.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
