**Job Description:**

About the role, we are seeking a talented and experienced system tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and refining test plans, developing automation scripts, and executing system testing for new and existing features.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software testing and test automation, preferably within an enterprise storage product environment. Strong knowledge of file systems, protocols, and data replication is essential.

Additionally, the candidate should have strong automation skills, familiarity with tooling like pytest, and good understanding of end customer use and deployment of storage systems.

The system tester will work closely with developers, solution architects, and product managers to define and develop optimal test coverage for FlashBlade use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  2. Execute system testing for new and existing features.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test environments validate customer use cases.
  4. Work with development, support, and escalation teams to reproduce and root cause customer issues.
  5. Identify, analyze, and document defects discovered during testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in software testing and test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of file systems, protocols, and data replication.
  • Good understanding of end customer use and deployment of storage systems.
  • Strong automation skills and familiarity with tooling like pytest.
  • Experience working closely with developers, solution architects, and product managers.
