Financial Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions using accounting software.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and other accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments in an efficient manner.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with US labor laws.
  • Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and implement process improvements to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years of bookkeeping experience in US accounting with a proven track record of success.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is essential.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong analytical skills.
