As a Process Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of work. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience in General Accounting. Key responsibilities include reviewing day-to-day activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify balancing items and clear them. You will also be responsible for month-end close activities, fixed assets capitalization and maintenance, intercompany accounting, bank and investment reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and corporate reporting.

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience in reputed captive/outsourcing RTR Ops, good written and verbal communication skills, and MS Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, vlookup, and macros.

Additionally, proficiency in ERP systems (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial) and MS Office is required. Experience in partner management and quality lean/process improvement is also desirable.
