Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of consultants in delivering transformation roadmaps for clients across multiple verticals.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing cross-functional initiatives, driving milestones, and communicating effectively with key stakeholders.

About the Role

As Associate Director of Innovation, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of consultants in building and executing transformation roadmaps for clients in customer service/technology domains.
  • Managing day-to-day execution of various cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving milestones to realization.
  • Providing communication to key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and business process leads.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have expertise in:

  • Program Management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Transformation / Process Re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean / Six Sigma).
  • A strong understanding of AI-enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field.
  • 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience in a matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt / PMP / OCM (Organizational Change Management) certification.
