We are seeking an accomplished Business Lead to head our Digital Axle Counter (DAC) business.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth across Indian Railways and global markets, leveraging nearly 3 decades of partnership with Thales (now Hitachi).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading innovation and operational excellence
  • Driving financial sustainability through project execution and stakeholder management

Requirements for success in this role include a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical), MBA from a premier institute, and at least 15-20 years of experience with 5 years in senior leadership. Railway Signalling experience is strongly preferred.

A proven track record in business development, project execution, and stakeholder management is essential, along with strong network connections within RDSO and Indian Railways leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian Railways ecosystem and be able to shape the future of railway automation.
