Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web Governance Specialist to oversee the management of our company's website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance website performance and user experience
  • Lead a team of Web Executives and supervise their tasks and deadlines
  • Collaborate with Design and Development teams on projects and tasks
  • Identify and respond to all website security threats and ensure appropriate measures are taken
  • Conduct regular content audits to eliminate redundant information
  • Prepare and present strategies to grow website metrics that align with the brand
  • Analyze and prepare monthly website performance reports for internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and design principles
  • Understanding of user behavior and user journey mapping
  • Awareness of Product Management best practices
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Working knowledge of web technologies
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, Magento, or similar)
  • Experience using at least one e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Experience with Agile Methodology for Project Management
  • Google Analytics Power User
  • Ability to understand and read API documentation
  • Adaptability to new tools and software
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
