Job Role:

  • Data Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft a comprehensive platform strategy to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish priorities and resolve complex challenges.
  • Design end-to-end data pipelines utilizing AWS services, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Implement data product storage, processing, and APIs using AWS-native tools and serverless architectures.
  • Utilize AWS Lake Formation for fine-grained access control and secure data sharing across domains.
  • Architect multi-tenant, domain-oriented data lakes and integrate with Redshift Spectrum / Athena for distributed querying.
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
  • Ensure platform governance, adhering to security and operational standards.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in platform engineering, data architect, data engineering, or solution architecture.
  • Strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-native platforms.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing multi-tenant systems on AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud, Big data and Analytics ecosystem.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Advanced skills in Terraform (IaC).
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
