About this role:

We are seeking an experienced cloud data platform developer with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale data platforms on Azure.

The successful candidate will have strong skills in cloud-based data engineering, data modeling, data integration & ingestion, data manipulation and processing, and experience with DevOps tools.

Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience with data factory, Databricks, SQL DB, Synapse, Stream Analytics, Glue, Airflow, Kinesis, Redshift, SonarQube, and PyTest.

As a certified Data Bricks professional, the candidate will lead projects from inception to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy large-scale data platforms on Azure.
  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines using cloud-based data engineering tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and design data-driven solutions.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team's skills remain current and relevant.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a cloud data platform developer or similar role.
  • Master's level skills in cloud-based data engineering, data modeling, data integration & ingestion, and data manipulation and processing.
  • Hands-on experience with data factory, Databricks, SQL DB, Synapse, Stream Analytics, Glue, Airflow, Kinesis, Redshift, SonarQube, and PyTest.
  • Certified Data Bricks professional.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
