Lead Data Scientist Role

 

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to drive analytical insights and lead a team of data scientists/analysts. Your role will involve analyzing various types of data, including customer information, reviewing relevant cases/samples, and incorporating feedback from others.

Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to determine how to design analysis, testing, and measurement approaches that will significantly improve the understanding and addressing of emerging business issues.

Produce intelligent, scalable, and automated solutions by leveraging Data Science skills. Collaborate with Technology teams on developing new capabilities to define requirements and priorities based on data analysis and business knowledge.

Develop expertise in specific areas by leading analytical projects independently, setting goals, providing benefit estimations, defining workflows, and coordinating timelines in advance.

Provide updates to leadership, peers, and other stakeholders simplifying and clarifying complex concepts and analysis results effectively emphasizing actionable outcomes and business impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced analytics and statistical modeling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and big data concepts.
  • High proficiency in Python and SQL/NoSQL.
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal guidance.
