Senior Genome Analyst Job Posting

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Genome Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity that requires working from the office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert analysis of genetic data generated from clinical samples
  • Collaborate with bioinformatics and laboratory teams in analysis and interpretation of genetic data
  • Develop and implement molecular diagnostic assays as needed
  • Validate mutations, design primers and probes as required

Requirements:

A master's or PHD degree in Human Genetics or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human genetics, NGS, and genome sequencing.
