Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to assume leadership responsibilities, oversee payment governance systems, and foster operational excellence within our organization.

  • Oversee a team of analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Manage Payment Governance Systems with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop and automate dashboards/reports to track key performance metrics and system functionality.
  • Identify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution for payment-related issues.
  • Establish, document, and enforce processes, SOPs, and governance protocols.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data systems, or system operations.
  • Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized teams.
  • Strong command of SQL and advanced querying techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems, reconciliation, or financial data platforms (mandatory).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
