Job Title: Project Manager - PMO

We are seeking an experienced project manager to support the technical project manager in managing, coordinating, and reporting on various projects and activities within our organization.

This role will also be responsible for PMO-related tasks and customer implementation support, especially for software solutions.

You will work closely with our global business team and help ensure smooth project execution, documentation, and communication.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working with the technical project manager in tracking activities, timelines, and coordination;
  • Assisting in setting up and improving the project administration function;
  • Maintaining and supporting project governance, processes, tools, and documentation;
  • Training and assisting teams in adopting project tools and practices;
  • Coordinating reporting, communication, and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders;
  • Supporting the tracking of milestones, tasks, change requests, and implementation activities;
  • Supporting administrative tasks including procurement, resource coordination, and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • 8-10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in software solution delivery;
  • Experience working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum delivery;
  • Experience supporting customer implementation projects;
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills and tertiary education in a business or technical discipline;
  • Process improvement and stakeholder management skills;
  • A willingness to travel internationally and adjust working hours to support global teams and on-site project needs.

  • Experience with Smartsheet is an advantage;
