Job Title

A Senior Project Coordinator position is available in a collaborative team environment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a strong focus on delivery and quality. Key responsibilities include preparing feasibility study reports, working with the design team to assemble a specification compliant with employer requirements, and monitoring and reviewing its preparation ensuring timely delivery.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for agreeing and monitoring scope of works, clearly defining building requirements and purpose of use, carrying out detailed design to WSP and B Regulations standard, and ensuring that information for project costing preparation is completed in requisite detail and to deadlines.

Key Competencies/Skills:

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in the design of Building Structures with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record
  • Good presentation skills are also required
  • Fully conversant with technical structural software, such as RAM, CSC, ETABSs and SAFE
  • A sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project is essential
  • Fluent in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology
