We are seeking a skilled Contracting and Credentialing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling contracting and credentialing needs for US-based healthcare providers, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities as preferred providers in healthcare networks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Application Management: Preparing, submitting, and managing contracting and credentialing applications to insurance payors across multiple U.S. states.
  • Communication and Tracking: Communicating with payors, clinicians, and verification bodies, tracking application progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
  • Clinician Onboarding: Assisting with hiring and onboarding clinicians and acting as the primary point of contact for all affiliated clinicians.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records and updating dashboards, tracking tools, and other documents as required.
  • Regulatory Updates: Alerting providers of new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements.

You will work closely with internal teams to correct and/or amend rejected contracting applications and advise on potential concerns or improvements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the US-based contracting and credentialing process for providers, excellent English speaking, listening, and written communication skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
