Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and articulate professional to join our team as a Healthcare Service Representative. As the first point of contact for patients, therapists, and staff, you will ensure smooth communication and efficient patient flow.

This is a full-time position that requires collaboration, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. You will provide administrative support in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with home care schedulers.

You will also collaborate with the billing team on insurance verification, billing, and session authorizations. Additionally, you will proactively address patient no-shows and cancellations to ensure continuity of care.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in administrative and medical office roles, specifically with scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as Epic, AthenaHealth, or WebPT.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) skills are a plus.
Requirements

Availability to work from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST, and Friday, 5:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST.
