  • Senior ServiceNow Integration Specialist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to design and implement business logic and process automation for our clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations, integrations, and module customizations in the Financial/Wealth Management domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, IRM, Vulnerability Management, CMDB.
  • Design and implement Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, ACLs, and Transform Maps.
  • Configure Discovery and perform CMDB integrations.
  • Develop and manage Service Catalogs, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and implement business logic and process automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure security best practices using Access Controls (ACLs) and role management.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow development.
  • Hands-on expertise in ITSM, IRM, CMDB, Discovery, Vulnerability Management.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and APIs.
  • Experience with domain separation, integrations, transform maps.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
