Job Title

A technical expert with ServiceNow CSM module and Service Portal knowledge is required for this position.

  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow CSM module including workflows, UI actions, and business rules
  • Build and manage client scripts, UI policies, pages, and ACLs
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise apps using SOAP & REST APIs
  • Optimize Agent Workspace and configure Virtual Agent/Chat capabilities
  • Drive Service Portal enhancements using NOW Experience UI Framework
  • Solve performance issues with monitoring tools
  • Provide technical support for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Collaborate during instance upgrades and patching cycles
Required Skills
  • Technical Expertise: Strong command over ServiceNow CSM module and Service Portal
  • Proficiency in: JavaScript, workflows, client/server scripts, and business rules
  • Hands-on experience: API integrations (SOAP/REST), NOW Experience UI Framework, OpenFrame, JMS
Professional Experience
  • 1-2 years in a ServiceNow support or implementation role
  • Familiarity with patching and upgrade processes
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
  • Bonus certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM
Soft Skills
  • Analytical mindset to identify system gaps and enhance service delivery
  • Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume integrations and performance optimization
