As we expand, we seek an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive scalable success.
CTC: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,400,000 per annum
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will spearhead performance marketing initiatives and growth strategies to scale Fawwnity. Key responsibilities include creating data-driven campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and developing long-term marketing strategies to establish the brand as a leader in the skincare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising: Develop and execute campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, and other platforms to achieve maximum ROI and customer acquisition.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV) and implement data-backed strategies to improve efficiency.
- Scaling Campaigns: Identify and implement strategies to scale ad spend effectively while maintaining profitability.
Strategic Growth
- Marketplace Strategy: Drive growth on marketplaces by optimizing product listings, managing promotions, and executing marketplace-specific campaigns.
- Customer Acquisition: Explore and implement new customer acquisition channels, including affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and organic growth strategies.
- Retention: Collaborate with the product and CRM teams to develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
Brand Strategy
- Craft and align performance marketing campaigns with Fawnnity's core messaging and dermatologist-backed credibility.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to refine and differentiate Fawwnity's marketing approach.
Leadership
- Build and lead a team of marketers, analysts, and creatives as the company grows.
- Work collaboratively with the founding team to set and achieve strategic business goals.
- Represent the brand in strategic partnerships and investor relations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Skincare Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with skincare, beauty, or D2C brands is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to think long-term while executing immediate performance marketing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tracking platforms.
- Marketplace Expertise: Understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace growth strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams.
