About Pricing Management

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing requests.

  • Own and manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing management (preferably industry or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
