We are seeking a detail-driven professional to manage daily operations across multiple platforms, focusing on e-commerce excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings to ensure accurate content and compliance with platform policies.\
  • Manage workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.\
  • Monitor and improve account health metrics – cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.\
  • Protect brand presence by handling hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.\
  • Prepare weekly dashboards on sales, category trends, stock movement, and operational issues.\

Cross-Functional & Data Management:

  • Partner with the supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation.\
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.\
  • Work with finance departments to reconcile settlements, commissions, and claims.\
  • Maintain clean, updated SKU data across systems.\

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.\
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.\
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.\
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.\
