We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Product Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering full-stack enterprise-grade AI led SaaS products, with expertise in AI/ML research, prototyping, and deployment.
This is a leadership role that requires the ability to lead development teams while remaining hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and feature prototyping. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment of engineering excellence, innovation, and high accountability, aligning development efforts with business objectives, delivery timelines, and long-term architecture goals.
Key responsibilities include pioneering AI/ML research and prototyping, leading and mentoring a team of backend, frontend, and mobile developers, and collaborating with product managers and UX designers to shape the product roadmap. Additionally, the candidate will need to review and guide code quality, performance, scalability, and security standards, ensuring best practices in Agile development, DevOps, and continuous deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, including proficiency in Java (12+ years), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and experience with Python for AI/ML model integration. Familiarity with machine learning workflows (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ability to lead integration of ML models into production environments are also essential.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience managing full-stack and cross-platform development teams, delivering end-to-end products with integrated AI/ML capabilities, and understanding of domain experience in spend management. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
