Job Title:

Achieving Success as a Tech Co-Founder Full Stack AI ML Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML products and modules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain, and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architect and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with robust architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Mentor a growing team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs, and GCP services.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative is preferred.
