About Our Role


As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product line from strategic planning to tactical execution. Working closely with the Sales Team and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing our strategic plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, launching, and positioning new products to differentiate them from the market.
  • Sales Enablement - communicating the value proposition of our products to the sales team and developing sales tools to support the selling process.
  • Planning the launch of new products and managing the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Maintaining market intelligence and know-how on competitor products, features, and positioning.
  • Developing demand generation strategies and managing marketing programs to drive demand.
  • Coordinating with various teams to source leads, improve existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals, and clearing discrepancies.
  • Identifying process gaps and suggesting new processes or changes.
  • Developing online and offline digital journeys for customers.
  • Implementing service features in digital journeys.
  • Buidling cross-sell opportunities across the journey.
  • Understanding customer behavior and requirements.
  • Driving and managing all P&L metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, Bank guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
