Job Opportunity: Lead Investment Products

Job Description:
  • Leads the development and launch of new investment products from concept to market.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in existing products.
  • Develop and maintain product updates, factsheets, and market insights for all products on the platform.
  • Collaborate with Fund Managers to understand their market outlook and create strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Scout for new ideas in the market across various investment products and ensure end-to-end execution.
  • Create comprehensive Market Updates, News, and Trends related to the Indian Mutual Fund industry or macro-economic outlook.
  • Maintain and enhance Model Portfolios, ensuring timely evaluations and framework assessments.
  • Engage with Regional Managers (RMs) to resolve queries, provide product training, and address day-to-day concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Investment Products, Advisory, and Research.
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, investments, taxation, and scheme types.
  • Updated knowledge of markets and economic developments.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • CFA / MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate (MBA preferably) CA with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with necessary NISM certifications.
